How they handled history is good. Kudos to the team to educate all Americans (and more) about the Tulsa Massacre. The problem is that, compared to her grandfather, Angela's character has a more superficial arc and motivations: her grandfather's choices all had social issues and the struggle for justice written in them, but not Angela's motivations.
