那段时期应该是中国外交上最为低谷的一个时段，作为战胜国，不但丝毫不能减少背负在身上的不平等条约，还要承受更多的不平等。外交多被诟病，但正所谓弱国如外交，只有强大的国家作后盾，国家的利益才可以保障。不过个人感觉，陈道明的演技很赞，但许晴在剧中的角色功能太弱了
