A Distribution Amplifier or “DA” takes a single baseband Video or Audio input signal and generates copies of the signal to drive multiple outputs.
VAC’s DA’s are “Active Devices”: the output signals are amplified and buffered, so that the signal quality on any of the outputs does not degrade when additional devices are connected to the DA.
